Horse/Large Clipper Servicing

We can carry out servicing on most brands of clippers, we can also carry out some repairs if necessary. In each service we take apart your clippers, clean out any hair, clean each part of the clippers, replace any seals, washers etc, if they are worn or damaged, then they are re-greased and tested, before being returned to you. Please read below before placing your order, and remember to let us know the brand and model of your clippers on the order confirmation page.

When ordering a clipper service, please ensure you let us know the make and model of clippers you are sending. This can reduce the amount of time it takes to service and repair your clippers, as we can ensure we have the required parts.

If you have an issue with your clippers and they need a repair—please tell us the issue you're experiencing before sending your clippers to us. If we find that your clippers need a repair during a service, we will get in contact before any repair work is carried out.

All parts for repairs are not included in the service, and we will inform you of any additional costs before any repair work is carried out.

When sending your clippers, please ensure they are securely packaged, preferably in their carry case if possible. If you are sending wireless clippers, please ensure to send them with a fully charged battery, or with the charger.

We aim to get your clippers serviced and/or repaired and sent back to you within 5 working days. This may be longer depending on availability of any required parts.

If you are sending items to be sharpened as well, and you need them to be returned to you sooner than the clippers. Please make separate orders, and we will make sure your items are sharpened and returned as soon as possible. If you put them in a single order with your clippers. We will send them all back together.
